I am a senior banker by profession with almost 18 years of experience in the world of trade finance and CSR. After passing out from a special school to regular school he completed his graduation in Commerce and went on to do his masters in Economics from Loyola College Chennai. Professionally, he is a Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) from Institute of Financial Services, UK and also holds multiple certifications in the banking domain. He is World's no 2 and India's first CDCS with cerebral palsy.
I am inspirational 4 time Tedx speaker. His talks touch upon topics like motivation, Time/Emotional management, Leadership and he has been invited by Organizations/ Corporate like Cognizant, Wipro, World Bank; and Management institutes: IIM A; IIT Chennai; Christ University, Bangalore, IIM- B, Forums like TedX and Many more…….
Have spoken in more than 285 forums and has reached out to 58,000 people. Siddharth has served on the boards of multiple organisations working in the fields of Inclusion, Livelihood and Special education.
Being a National awardee as “Best Employee with Cerebral Palsy” given by the then Honorable Vice President of India in 2008, he dreams that he must reach out to more people as he strongly believes his story has the best ingredient to inspire anyone. He is two time recipient of 101 top global diversity and inclusion awards in 2019 and 2020 from World HRD congress. He is also recipient of CavinKare Ability Mastery award for the year 2020-21
