In the beginning he was disapproved by DDCA Selection Committee as he was from Haryana and not a player from Delhi. And later he was scouted by Gautam Gambhir in the domestic circuit.

 In 2019, Saini ultimately got sold for a whopping amount of Rs. 3 crores by RCB.

However, his passion and hard work for cricket impressed almost everybody and soon calls began to grow for Saini to be drafted into the Indian team. Saini is currently one of the brightest stars in the cricketing horizon.
