Paritosh Sharma is the Founder of MBA PLUS. He belongs to a family of teachers and the armed forces. Since childhood, he has always learnt the value of trust and respect in this world from his father. He always knew how difficult it was to earn those 2 things in life. So he started to figure out his career. But it was not as easy as it seemed. He had to go through many ups and downs to connect with the networks. And in these difficult times, he found his passion for teaching and helping people to gain more clarity in their career and in their business.

He planned to help SME's and students to gain more knowledge about how the internet companies’ business modules work. He always wanted to contribute to the country and the teachings from his childhood helped him to build great communities. He believes that people’s passion evolve as they get different experiences in life. But very few actually use their passion to create something. Mostly people remain consumers. So he aims to create a talent base and teach 10 million Indians to be valuable as talent for SME’s and start-ups of our country or the world. He also says that social media has increased noise. People are wasting their time on consuming click-bait content. This is why he is curating the most valuable content on the internet in the MBA+ app
