I would define myself as a Happy Child, brought up by loving parents in a cosmopolitan environment with an unwritten code of ethics, discipline, fun, and empathy.
Had a wild exposure of traveling all over India from Cape Comorin to Kashmir during my school, changing 12 schools before completing 10th. My education in Convents taught me time management, personal etiquette, empathy, and Obedience.
I chose to work in Broadcasting Media for a decade. I then joined an NGO as a PRO to work with Children and Young Adults with Disabilities.
My wide network exposed me to many people who lost their self-identities by living for others. They allowed their roles to be pre-determined by someone and were in a state of "Arrested Intelligence" I was pained. My numerous interactions with manufacturing Industries helped me understand that the workforce, in spite of technical skills, had no soft skills, leading to a soft skills gap. . To address this, I started my own company Center for Communication Excellence.
We conduct customized programs pan India and abroad in Personality development, Teamwork and collaboration, Interpersonal skills, Conflict resolution, Communication and IP Skills, Personal Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence, NLP Techniques, Law of Attraction, and Customer service, which significantly impact a person's attitude and interactions with others.
The good news is that soft skills are learnable. Our resilience training experts, who specialize in teaching and training in soft skills, are foundational to creating vital employees, teams, leaders, and organizations.
Center for Communication Excellence is a learner-centered and social sector-focused platform that aims to build the capacity and skills of professionals by considering the Organization's context.
