Passion Stories

I have born and brought up in a family where there is no scope for women  to go out and work. The education is only to know things and not to pursue career, where as I was different and I was very passionate about my career.

I always wanted to work in IT and started my career as QA engineer at HR R&D hub and soon I promoted as Lead and I realized when my team member started apricating that I am very good mentor can can be good manager.

After my marriage,  I pursued my MBA and joined one start up company as Manager. Initially only 3 low preforming team member were allocated to my team. With my leadership they started preforming well and got 5 out of 5 rating and now they into very good position. Same time my team size grow up to 18 member and I got best manager award.

Dream do come true if you follow your dream and do self study to fulfil your dream.
