IPS Subhash Dubey, whose full name is Subhash Chandra Dubey, is an IPS officer of the 2005 batch and his tenure has been 15 to 16 years. IPS Subhash Dubey was very good in his studies since childhood. He had thought during high school that he has to prepare for UPSC and become an officer. After studying in his village, he enrolled in Allahabad University and from there continued his college studies during college he also started preparing for civil service.

He also sat in the JRF E exam after his college and became successful in the first time itself, he never resorted to coaching for the preparation of UPSC even though he is from Hindi medium school and did complete preparation through self-study, as a result of which he secured 74th rank in the examination. He is always in the discussion for better policing and always came forward to help the poor people even during the Corona epidemic. They have also got a token of appreciation on the occasion of Independence Day.
